Bronze Level
This is our introductory level and has access to basic features of our website. Included at this level are 200 characters to describe the inn, one icon, e-mail inquiry, and search features utilizing price, city, state, and number of rooms. Other additional features, including our popular "Compare" feature are limited to Silver and Gold levels. The term for the Bronze Level is three months and is limited to one per company. Upgrades can be made to either Silver or Gold Level during the three months of the listing.

Silver Level
This is our mid-level and has many exciting features. It contains an unlimited amount of verbiage, one main photo, two icons, use of our popular "Compare" feature, e-mail inquiry, and a counter for the number of viewings. The Silver Level allows you to conduct a search utilizing ten different categories. The term for the Silver Level is six months and upgrades are available upon your request.

Gold Level
Also known as "Inn Nirvana"! This level has it all, and then some. It includes photos, photos, and more photos - nine in all. Additionally, you can add a video of your property. Want to be a Featured Inn on the front page? This is the only way to get there as no other levels have access to this feature. Of course, the listing includes an unlimited amount of verbiage, our popular "Compare" feature, three icons, and e-mail inquiry. You can additionally track how many times your Inn has been compared and if it is currently on someone's list of comparisons. In addition to a counter for the number of viewings, it also has a counter for the number of inquiries. Over and above the number of inquiries, there is a complete database that tracks the number of inquiries on your inn which includes date, name, e-mail address, telephone number, and a summary of their request. So, if you delete an inquiry by mistake or it gets overlooked in your filter, you will still have a compete record of all inquiries on your Inn. The Inn can be mapped on Google Map and the potential buyer will know exactly where it is located. They can utilize this feature to map from one Inn to another, a really cool feature! Lastly, but certainly not least, you have the ability to include website and realtor URL's. All we can say is that the Gold Level is over the top and an ideal way to present your Inn! The term for the Gold Level is six months.
